Ecce Homo

The field of the FIA European Hill Championship arrived it’s fourth race
on the last weekend. The traditional competition was held again in
Sternberk, Czech Republic. Unfortunatly there was bad weather
conditions, and bad luck made difficulties for the team too.

After the Orfû race the repairmen made setting on the gear-level of the
Reynard, but a mistake was made during the repairing. Because of this
Szász couldn’t shift in second-gear in the first training, and his car
stopped on the track. During the second round the white Formula-
Nippon was under repairing, that’s why Szász couldn’t take part in this
lap. So he waited the Sunday-round without training-time.
On Sunday, in the first lap ha missed the best pilot’s cars with 14
seconds. In the treacherous weather the team couldn’t choose tyre
easily, and they started the round with wet tyres on the dry track… This
is the reason, that neither the second round was succesful, so László
Szász came the 18 th in Ecce Homo. Angela Vilarino came the second in
her cathegory with her white Coloni Nissan. After the hardships the
Hungarian team escape to the work, because they rent the
Hungaroring for an all-day test in Wednesday. Channoch Nissany,
Steiner Bianca, László Szász and Angela Vilarino start in this race. After
this Angela and László Szász travel to Trier in North-Germany on
Thursday, because there will be the next race of the European Hill
Championship.
